Data sources & methodology
Macroline is a free calculator that adds up the calories and macros of a custom Chipotle order, and finds orders that fit a calorie or macro goal.
Where the nutrition data comes from
Values are ingredient-level numbers based on the nutrition information Chipotle publishes in its nutrition calculator, rounded to whole numbers where appropriate. The data was last reviewed in October 2026. Menus and recipes change, so always check Chipotle's official information for allergens and current values.
How totals are calculated
- Each ingredient has calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and sodium for one standard serving.
- A light portion counts as half a serving. A double portion counts as two servings.
- Your total is the sum of every ingredient in the order, rounded to the nearest whole calorie and 0.1 g.
- Net carbs are total carbs minus fiber.
What the numbers do not include
Drinks, chips, kids meals, dressings and limited-time items are not included. Real portions vary depending on who is serving you, so treat every total as a close estimate, not a guarantee. Macroline is not medical or dietary advice.
